Jesus G. Perez (JPBorges)
Designer-Builder | 35+ Years of International Execution
California Licensed General Contractor (#753860, since September 10, 1990). Jesus built his career designing and fabricating interiors, façades, and specialty lighting for casinos and resorts across the Americas and Europe—from Casino Embajador in Santo Domingo to Gran Casino Puerto La Cruz in Venezuela, as well as projects in Aruba and Idaho. Since 2019, he has led modular and prefabricated construction projects throughout the Dominican Republic.

Co-Founder | Real Estate Development & Financing
Owner and CEO of PCG SA, Board Member of PZFD, and triathlete in business and sport. Piotr leads the real estate development and financing structure behind Samaná Group's projects, including Nomad City—the same financial discipline that enables Casa Factory R&D to scale.
