Factory production
Our team builds the module indoors, under quality control at every stage. Nothing is left to chance.

Delivery & installation
The module travels to your site, is set in place by crane and connected. We walk through every detail with you and hand over the keys.
9 weeks counted from the $5,000 reservation payment.
Is your land ready?
To install your Flat House we need road access at least 5 meters wide. If your land doesn't meet this requirement, we'll recommend a specialized company to prepare it.
How payment works
Clear from day one, no surprises.
Reserve your Flat House with a $5,000 good-faith deposit. The rest is paid in 4 stages:
